Cancellation (Before Shipping)

At SteamRooms.com, we take pride in offering industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, and we won't charge you any cancellation fees (except for custom orders, as outlined below).

Cancellation (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll issue a full refund before your order leaves our warehouse. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded. These items are produced specifically for your order. Brands falling under this category include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.

Custom orders are tailored to your specifications or created upon your order placement. Production starts immediately after your order is placed, ensuring a fully functional and operational product. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please reach out to us via message or phone call.

All sales are considered final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so, but please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have been shipped. We procure our products directly from manufacturers, so our ability to accept returns depends on their policies. This can vary on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to contact us if you need specific information about your brand or product.

Due to the significant increase in LTL/freight shipping costs, returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping costs. If you're replacing the product with another item, we may be able to assist with some of the costs, depending on the product.

Shipping Times

We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible. Estimated shipping times provided on product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. However, please be aware that these estimates may change without notice due to factors like supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, and high demand for shipping services.

Order delays are sometimes beyond our control, and we ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We appreciate your business and your patience.

When making a purchase from SteamRooms.com, you acknowledge the following terms in our Exchange Agreement:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery, noting and photographing any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Accept responsibility for return shipping costs and restocking fees for unopened and unused products.
  • Understand that once an order has left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
  • Accept the responsibility for return shipping fees and restocking fees if you choose to return an order after it has shipped (usually around 20%).
  • Acknowledge that shipping date estimates on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
  • Agree not to cancel orders or file chargebacks due to order delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Damages

Please inspect your item(s) and packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@steamrooms.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, and any visible signs of exterior damage should also be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer, so please refer to individual product pages for specific details. Warranty claims address damages that occur over time from use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it is not considered a warranty claim.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error. Most of our products have guarantee warranty policies, ensuring you receive a fully functional product without additional expenses on your end.

BOGO Promotions

During BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item when purchased separately. If your order has already shipped, you, as the buyer, may be responsible for return shipping charges and potential restocking fees, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order.

Chargebacks

We kindly request that you refrain from filing fraudulent chargebacks. If you haven't received a product or have any issues with a product you received, please contact us, and we will work together to find a resolution.
