Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. This confirmation signifies that we have successfully received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Subsequently, we initiate contact with our suppliers to verify the availability of your selected items for immediate shipment.
If, by chance, your item is on backorder or currently unavailable, we will annul the pre-authorization and promptly communicate with you via email to apprise you of the situation. Conversely, if your item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment, typically within 5 business days, we will proceed with processing the charges and arrange for your order to be shipped.
Order Shipment:
For orders where the items are in stock and we have successfully processed the charges on your credit card, your order will be prepared for shipment within five business days from the date of your order. We will promptly provide you with tracking information within 24 hours of your order departing the warehouse, which will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the USA, with a few exceptions (notably for some products available for delivery in Canada). If our website permits you to complete the checkout process and enter a shipping address, your order will be fulfilled accordingly.
Shipping Options:
Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping option is always provided free of charge. This shipping method typically takes between 5 to 15 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep after order submission. However, we do offer alternative shipping options for your convenience:
- Threshold Shipping: This option entails delivering the item to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery of the item into your room of choice, minor assembly if required, and the removal of all packaging materials from your premises. Please note that saunas will not be assembled as part of this service.
